We often talk about what goes inside a sandwich. At BREAD, we also like to talk about what holds it together: the bread.

Bread that belongs

Mbourou lehtab is at the heart of Rooted Here. It connects us to everyday life and the independent bakers with whom we build direct relationships. They bring their craft. We bring our recipes.

The gesture before the recipe

Kneading, shaping, working the dough. Our visual world often returns to hands because they make this work visible. In our illustrations, flour stays on the table and loaves take shape side by side.

A meeting in every family

Rooted Here celebrates mbourou lehtab. Arab Spring welcomes pita and sammoun. Italian Uprising makes room for focaccia and rectangular pizza. Different breads, with the same care in their preparation.

Our idea is simple: let each bread keep its character, and build something generous around it. Because a good sandwich begins long before the first bite.
